As this is Pilates in fast mode – it will be necessary to have Pilates experience. If the exercises are not done according to Pilates Principles, then it simply won’t be Pilates.
YOU WILL NEED TO ATTEND A MONTH OF "NORMAL" PILATES FIRST BEFORE ATTENDING A HIT PILATES CLASS.
