Yes you heard me correct Ice – cream….ice-cream….. ice-cream…..ice-cream!
It’s really easy. All you need is:
- 2/3 cup chilled coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup ice
- and 1 scoop (41g) of vanilla flavor protein powder.
- I suggest that you find a good quality whey protein that is low in carbs so that there are no more than 2g of carbs per serving. Also a healthier option of a protein is the one that is sweetened by Stevia rather than artificial sweeteners. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Once you’ve blended it until smooth, put them in the ice-cream moulds and leave in there for a few hours and dah dah! Low carb ice-cream!
